About us
We came up in the trade
Pascoal has been building in the Lowcountry for 9 years. We started as carpenters (trim, built-ins, framing) and grew into the exterior work that surrounds it. That order matters. Plenty of remodeling companies subcontract their carpentry. Ours is the part we do ourselves.
Most of our work is repeat clients and referrals, and a large share of it is crewing for other builders and general contractors who need carpentry done right the first time. Being trusted by other contractors is a harder test than being trusted by homeowners, and it's the one we're proudest of passing.

Opening up a wall or a deck frame often turns up something nobody priced. We show you, explain the options, and re-price in writing before we carry on.
Detail before cover-up
Flashing, sill pans, drainage. The parts nobody sees are the parts that decide whether the work lasts a decade or a season.
One team, one standard
The crews we send are the crews we vouch for. If we wouldn't want the work in our own house, it doesn't leave the site.

No call centre and no rotating cast. The same small group runs every job from the first visit to the last punch item.

Runs jobs day to day: schedule, crews, and the phone call when something on site needs a decision. If you have work booked with us, Lucas is usually who you'll be speaking to.

Client Enquiries & Job Costing
First point of contact for new enquiries, and the person who keeps the numbers on a job straight from estimate through to final invoice. Call the office and you'll likely get Kostadin.
Rebecca
Permits, Licensing & Scheduling
Handles permits, HOA and architectural review submissions, licensing and material ordering. On island and historic district work, the approvals are half the job and Rebecca is the reason they don't stall.
Gustavo
Crews & Site Standards
Looks after the crews and holds the standard on site: insurance and paperwork current, daily reporting done, and the work matching what was promised before anyone packs up.
