Before a first job we need current documentation on file. Having it ready speeds everything up.
What we need on file
- Current certificate of insurance (COI), general liability
- Workers' compensation coverage or a valid exemption
- W-9 for payment setup
- Business licence where the trade requires one
- A point of contact and a direct phone number
