From bid to close-out
- Bids from plans. Send the drawing set and scope sheet and we price it line by line, with anything unclear listed as a question rather than guessed at.
- Schedules that fit yours. We confirm a start date against your schedule and tell you early if something moves on our side.
- Crews sized to the scope. A small crew for a trim package, more hands for framing. Your super has one point of contact for the job.
- Daily site reports. Work completed, photos and the number of workers on site, so you know where the job stands without driving out.
- Punch lists closed out. We walk the punch list with you and come back to finish it, so the last few items don't hold up your close-out.
- Insurance on file. Certificates of insurance are available on request before we start.
- Change orders in writing. Anything outside the bid scope is priced and approved in writing before the work is done.
